Short swim after work in a very crowed pool at UBC 2 x (6 x50m, 15 sec rest)
I had a blinding headache at work this afternoon, which felt better after an advil and the swim. My hip flexors and groin were very sore in the morning. Went to the Giants hockey game, hip flexors still sore in the evening, so did full bike stretch routing from my stretching book.
