2hr ride from Cuppa Joe to Airport (turned around on Iona Rd just after MacDonald Beach turnoff). We took Camosun back on the way home because of the miserable rainy conditions. On days like this, I need to remember to wear my clear glasses to protect my eyes from road dirt. I also need to loosen the brake cable on my front brake, so that I can get my front wheel on and off. The hip flexors seemed to warm-up and legs felt quite good on the ride.
