10 min warm-up to 2nd/MacDonald

20min constant up/down on hills

10 min warm-down back to Kits community centre followed by A march, B skip, and C drills

Alan’s advice was to stay tall, look up and drive evenly forward and back with the arms. Boy oh boy, I can just hear coach Roger B, saying the exact same keywords to me many moons ago.
