I finally found the right time to swim at UBC. I went today at 11:40am (and was back in the office by 1pm). The pool was nice and quiet. The sun was even streaming through making the pool floor sparkle. I had a good swim today, and was proud that I actually could complete the 4 x 100m section on 2:30. In other good news, although my right hip flexor was sore during the spin class last night, I do not have any noticeable soreness today after the spin class. This is a noticeable improvement over last week.
