The weather was miserable today.  Rain, rain, and more rain.  I rode from home to the group ride which worked well.  It takes 1h:15 min to get from my house to Cuppa Joes.  I did my first run off the bike.  My feet were numb from the terrible bike conditions, so during the run my left foot never had any feeling.  I cleaned my new baby (i.e., the bike) after the run.  I was really grumpy in the morning but after the workout,  I felt much better.
