I had a complete bonk after the swim workout today (tears and all) triggered by having to swim too long on the time trial. I immediately ate a powergel and a bannana and drank a bunch of water. It took about a half hour til I was feeling myself again. I had another complete bonk on the drive home in the afternoon after working all afternoon. I drank a bunch of water and immediately went to sleep for a couple of hours (5-7pm). Woke up, drank some water, and took some advil for my terrible headache. I woke up several times in the night to pee/drink water. I guess I was really tired from the long ride yesterday. It’s been a good hard weekend of training.

- 1500m time trial (I counted but wasn’t sure so followed Chung not knowing that he totally lost track. So we swam about 1750m in total until we finally stopped. I looked at my watch when I thought it was 1500m and it was approximately 31 minutes. Oh well.)
