This workout was supposed to be a time trial. I wasn’t into timing, and I brought my backpack with me so that I could ride home after the last segment. I did push hard in the 5km segments. My back and shoulders were very sore from the combination of pushing hard, the am core workout, and carrying the backup. It was a nice ride home with a gorgeous sunset.
