I went for a 45 min run in Sainte Sauvier. The town has a nice little main street with many cafes and boutiques. I had a terrible stitch because I’ve been drinking coffee all day to keep awake because of the time change. I skipped out of the conference this afternoon to work to get the NAR manuscript done. The run was hard and my body didn’t feel like moving because it’s been pretty stationary at the conference. I’m enjoying my nice room with the jacuzzi and fireplace.
