A night before race training to do list

  1. Get spare tire for new bike, and kit to change tire
  2. Practice changing the tire
  3. Try wearing my HR monitor in the pool
  4. get a long sleeve cycling jersey
  5. try the bento box on the bike
  6. study the course maps and do a visual check on the transitions
