Hardest Workouts of the Summer

Tuesday bike workout

  • 3 x [3km bike loop, 1.5km run (with very big hill)]

Wednesday time trial

  • mile TT 6:26
  • 4 x 400m @ 1:27

The bike/run workout on Tuesday was a tough one. There was lots of people out, so the competitive juices were flowing, and the intensity was high. The hill was mentally very challenging. I really need to do more hill work. My body felt heavy at Wednesdays time trial.
