Somewhere I found the energy to get this workout done.  I felt good afterwards and basically went straight to sleep as soon as I was done.  It’s mentally challenging to stay on the trainer for more than about 45min. It helped for me to think that I will be on my bike way longer on the IronMan day.

Too many very early starts

It’s Friday morning and I’m at work at 7am feeling a little shell shocked from another busy week. It’s end of week 5 with only three more weeks to go for my teaching. After that, I switch to being the course coordinator and watch the other instructors do their thing. Right now, I’m not sure how that I’ll have enough gas to fit in the swim and gym workouts planned for this evening. Perhaps I will find some source of energy as the day progresses.  We’ll see how it goes.
