Mason Road, Sechelt

My morning was spent at Sergant Bay watching little rocks, rolling sea fog, and spawning salmon jumping. When the water is warmer this would be a nice bay to go for a long swim in.

Later in the morning, I went on a long run in Sechelt. I started by walking up the hill from my Dad’s house to the dog park. My running route was up the gravel road (heritage) to Mason Road, along Mason road to the store (20min from Dog park to store), then back, around the dog park trails, then up to the corner and back one more time. My mind was busy with thoughts so time went fast.
The run was 1h:15min long, with the walk up and down the hill – I was out for 1h:45min (Avg HR 134, Max 158)

In the afternoon, I went for a 1.5hr paddle in the kayak. Gorgeous, I really must get in the kayak every time I visit Sechelt.
