The blanket of snow that hit the city Tuesday morning created a wonderfully blank canvas for my early morning run. The dark wet imprints of my footsteps showed my single trail out to the dyke. The sleeping ducks awoke as I passed. With the warmth of the morning, the falling snow morphed to a mist that matched the sleepy morning.

I don’t think it was the commute that made you late
Chuckle, it was just one of those mornings – worth the airy fairy post.
Plus, it’s from last Tuesday – not the crazy slush snow storm on Thursday. On Tuesday, I managed to fit in the gym, the run, a shower, and the commute to arrive at work by 9:30am. I swear I was 2hr late on Thursday because of the bus.
Who’s in charge here, anyways!
