		<description>In the coaching report at last night&#039;s Board meeting Alan mentioned that he was very impressed with the workouts people are doing in the Tuesday spins.  He also mentioned that the coaches&#039; Athlete&#039;s Lost Lunch Ranking (ALLR) currently stands at:

Alan - 1, Andrew - 0

Not sure if that&#039;s a rivalry we want to encourage!  (Probably a bad idea for me to have mentioned it to Alan in the first place.)</description>

Mostly, I think it&#039;s the group rides where people are going way too hard these days.  Though, it could also be because I&#039;m riding da&#039; hefty Jake.  The run groups seemed to be better paced these days (it was awesome last weekend) with smaller pods forming.</description>
