Woah, Nelly! This has been a serious three days of training. Tuesday = too many squats in the gym, Wednesday = hills + long ride. By Thursday’s hard run, I was seriously suffering. My legs were sore to touch and were carrying some serious fatigue from Wednesday’s bonk.
